The knuckle pushups shouldn't be started in the prone position. Start by pushing yourself away from a wall using your fists, this will build up the support structure without the possibility of serious tendon damage should your wrists decide to give way. Strong wrists are the basis for all hand-to-hand combat techniques, dunno if it would help get a better score on "Boffin" though :lol:
