Looking at a TMS44256 datasheet... 120ns RAM has a 220ns R/W cycle time so just fast enough for a Master with a 250ns memory cycle (4MHz). So 150ns is too slow... but as Mark points out some timings were conservative BITD so your chips might work just fine - if they do then ![:)]( "Smile")
