I often feel my updates could be hogging the Comm's section
and folks may get sick of seeing my updates. Sometimes if
an interesting chat is up or BeeBS has an announcement I will
just tag a mention of Night Owl status on the end of that thread
so as to keep it at the top of the banners rather than get elbowed
off with another routine Night Owl status post.
Ed makes an important point though, thanks.
Thing is I need to keep Night Owl promoted constantly otherwise
the callers will dry up. Have been getting very little traffic from the
BBS guides and much of the calls lately are via the Telstar Gateway
so this thread is the only real podium I have to be heard by folks who
might be keen to call in. Maybe I should only post a weekly update here
with a link to a "How to Connect" thread ? Will see how that goes.
