I believe that is the case, the testing I did on my M128 seemed to show this. I can't test right now as I'm on holiday with barely any connection.AFAIK the version that was originally supplied with the Z80 2P used CP/M for file I/O including LOAD, SAVE, OPENIN/OPENUP/OPENOUT PRINT#, INPUT# etc. but had the statements and built-in functions for graphics and sound that called the MOS entry points. The MOS filing API was also available from CALL/USR or could be accessed by writing small assembler routines to be called via CALL/USR.Recently, Richard has updated this to include builds (and source) for the Acorn Z80 Second Processor specific version, which has access to all the usual BBC Micro capabilities over and above the generic CP/M version.
Is the version you describe like that?
