C159, R291, and R301 have all gone. Are they related to either the FPA or RTC? Obviously I have the RTC podule and no FPA so if they are, would they stop the video output?
Use the force (schematic).

C159 is FPA decoupling. Ignore it if no FPA fitted.
R291 is a 10K pullup for CPa - ignore if no FPA fitted.
R301 is is a 180R low-side resistor for the RTC battery - ignore as you're using the 'podule'.

None of this would affect video output.
Do you get a beep?

The board's quite a mess though - scrape the crud off the I2C pads at the south of IC58 at least to be sure I2C's not being slugged.
